Care and Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft cloth and keep harsh liquid cleaners off the surface. In hard water areas, a pale film can build along the channel edges where the water releases, and it shows sooner on the dark gray finish. Clean it as it appears.

Winter Storage: Before hard freezes, drain the reservoir and every channel completely, disconnect the pump and store it indoors, and let the fountain dry out.

Safety

Children and Pets: The open channels are within easy reach, and animals may drink from them. Place the fountain away from where pets are unsupervised if that concerns you.
